Pricing

Quotes reflect my current production costs and may change if those costs rise or fall, unless we agree otherwise in writing before printing starts.

Proofs

Printed proofs cost extra, but I’ll send a free PDF proof on request. You’re responsible for spotting errors in proofs or PDF files—I’m not liable for mistakes you miss or if you skip proofs.

Payment

I accept cash or card, with full payment due upfront. You’ll get an itemized receipt for every order.

Delivery

I offer free delivery to any UK mainland address (3-5 days post-proof approval) or local pickup in Burton-upon-Trent. I’m not liable for shipping delays beyond my control.

Files & Materials

Send me usable artwork—I can reject files or customer-supplied materials (e.g., paper) if they’re unsuitable. I’m not responsible for defects from poor submissions

Cancellations

No refunds once printing begins—contact me before then if you need to cancel.

Content

I won’t print anything illegal, libelous, or infringing on rights. You’ll cover any legal costs if I’m sued over your content.

Liability

My liability is limited to the order value—I’m not responsible for losses beyond my control.
